No, it's not Maurice Ravel's "Bolero".

My guess is that the piece you are talking about it's "O, Fortuna", the first (and also the last) number of Carl Orff's cantata "Carmina Burana".

are you able to locate it on You Tube or keep in mind the position else you heard it? i could desire extra training. it may properly be that a guy grow to be speaking because he grow to be introducing the piece. There are few classical works that use speaking. One present day piece is by technique of John Adams called Transmigration of Souls. this is about the 9/11 assaults. And it sounds extra like city sounds and espresso youthful voices speaking over the orchestra. attempt back in case you locate it on You Tube.

I bet it's our old favourite 'O Fortuna' from Carl Orff's 'Carmina Burana' - one of the most over-exposed pieces of music of all time.

You say there are words.. If you can make out any of them, even phonetically, there might be a way to figure this out.

Is it "Bolero"? I can't remember the composer though and that makes me feel so stupid! Ravel, perhaps. Anyway, I hope this is right!
