I've played the piano for a couple years when I was little and I quit, and I'm really regretting that now.
I don't have any time for regular lessons ATM, so does anyone have any websites that I could learn piano on?

The only thing that an online site would be good for, in learning piano, is to provide you with the name and phone number of a fine teacher. Period. Those people here that claim to have learned piano online, only learned to slobber through a few songs, with poor technique and all kinds of holes in their knowledge - but since they have not had legitimate instruction, they just plain cannot tell the difference - THEY think that they sound good. Betcha they have other fantasies, too.

It can never hurt to look up the basics online. I recommend it so you're not walking into a lesson without any knowledge - however, it isn't necessary. A teacher can teach you all of the same things. The only thing I don't recommend is never getting a teacher; if you truly want to learn, you should pick out a teacher eventually.

It would be much better if you waited until you do have time for regular lessons. Web sites aren't very helpful and all you will learn is a load of bad habits which a teacher will have to correct later. You will learn more in half an hour with a teacher, than you will in half a year at a web site.

The best way would be to start a YouTube video session and leave it running while you go to the piano teacher's studio.
... then turn it off as soon as you get home.
Online: Not recommended at all.

If you don't have time for lessons... you don't have time to learn piano period. You cannot learn piano from a website.

Try this:

If you have played before, it shouldn't be too hard.
If you don't have time for lessons, would you have time to practice? If not, then forget it.
