God bless you. I am so sorry for your loss.
I found this song comforting when a family member died recently. It is from the Spanish "Pues si Vivimos" and has been translated several different ways. The version I know goes:
When we are living, we are in the Lord
and when we're dying, we are in the Lord
for in our living and in our dying
We belong to God, we belong to God
Sometimes we sorrow, other times embrace
Sometimes we question everything we face
Yet in our yearning is deeper learning
We belong to God, we belong to God
Till earth is over, may we always know
Love never fails us, God has made it so
Hard times will prove us, never remove us
We belong to God, we belong to God.
A slightly different version is in the United Methodist Hymnal #356. http://www.hymnary.org/hymn/UMH/356
The version I have given you is from the Iona community. This page has a source for it that you can print. http://www.hymnprint.net/index.cfm?go=cCatalog.showCatalogByMeter&meter=1

Another song that comes to mind when I've lost someone is "Oh God Our Help in Ages Past."
"How Can I Keep From Singing" is a song from the Quaker tradition that I really love that speaks to persevering in spite of everything.
I am saying a prayer for you.
