Judging from your repertoire, you obviously play at quite an advanced level so I will admit being a little surprised by your question.

Be that as it may, presuming your technique is well developed, I would probably choose Beethoven's Sonata No. 26 ''Les adieux'', op.86a and Mozart's Sonata in C minor, K. 457. For something a bit more challenging, I would go with Beethoven's Sonata No. 21 'Waldstein'', op.53 and Mozart's Sonata in D major, K. 576.

I hope you have a great time practicing these masterworks!

Best regards,

Raymond

Well I don't play so I have no idea if these are right for your level. These, however, are my favorites for listening - Mozart's piano sonatas number 8 and number 11 and for Beethoven again piano sonata number 8 and also number 15. I can't speak to their difficulty but they are absolutely lovely and captivating to listen to imho. There was a similar question asked here about Beethoven's piano sonatas at any rate. The Best Answer to that question goes into a lot of detail and addresses the perceived difficulty of several of his pieces. I won't steal that answer by duplicating it for you here but will provide the link to the original question below. I hope that's appropriate and that it helps.

Thats a very high level. I think you can play avery work of Beethoven and Mozart since the pieces of their times generelly aren't as heavy as Liszt or Chopin!

It depends on the level that you're are working at, but I would recommend the moonlight sonata. The different movements of this piece vary in level quite a lot, so it shouldn't matter what level you're working at.
