I read somewhere that his known works we have access to today is merely 15% of his actual total works. A huge percentage of his music were lost.

edit @ del_icious_manager: It is very impolite of you to put down other's answer as "incorrect". This is the first and last time I'm telling you. 15% was what I read somewhere. It is possible that Bach wrote many short pieces according to what I had read. And I've to let you know that other people are also entitled to their opinion too.

We will never know because much of his music has been lost.
There is a 155 CD set of his complete (known) works.
... which I believe is incomplete, because of a recent discovered piece.
I figure a rough 200 hours, non-stop.

Just to correct df74sg's incorrect answer, it is thought that perhaps up to a third of the music Bach wrote is lost to us. This leaves two thirds (or nearly 67%), rather than only 15%. If it were 15%, that would mean Bach wrote close to 10,000 works. I think that is very unlikely indeed.
