My fiance played in a trombone quartet called "No Strings Attached." Catchy, I guess!
I also had friends in a horn quartet called "The Horn Stars" which isn't very professional sounding but is at least a bit funny.
An interesting idea is to translate some music type words into Italian, because somehow it always sounds more professional. For example, "brass wind" would be "ottoni vento." Maybe you could find something catchy, here's a decent translator: http://www.wordreference.com/enit/
I played in a woodwind quintet named "Quintet Mozzafiato," which translates to "breathtaking." A bit dorky but it worked.
It can be really hard to come up with a name that everyone agrees on, so good luck!

None of the Dallas Brass live in Dallas, nor are all of the Canadian Brass from Canada. So pick a name that fits the group. One of my favorite brass ensemble names was "The Fly Burritos"
